Apparently, millennials as a group of people, which are those born from approximately 1984 and after, are tough to manage.
Millennials are accused of being entitled and narcissistic, self interested, unfocused and lazy – but entitled is the big one.
Because they confound the leadership so much, leaders will say “what do you want?” And millennials will say “we want to work in a place with PURPOSE, we want to make an IMPACT, we want free food and bean bag chairs.” Any yet when provided all these things they are still not happy. And that is because there is a missing piece.
If you hate your job and you’re feeling unhappy, miserable, stressed, anxious, tired, exhausted, stuck, lost, confused, fed up, frustrated, angry, depressed, lifeless, burnt out, drained and you dread going to work then you’re not alone and it’s not your fault.

I found that this time of the year, between Christmas and New Years, is the perfect time to reflect back on the year’s achievements, blessings, what didn’t go well, what I learned, what I can do differently to make next year better and what I think would make next year amazing.

Before you set your goals for 2019, I recommend that you first reflect back on 2018.
… gives you better sex, increases your good cholesterol, gives you more friends, gives you more meaning, engagement, life satisfaction and happiness. If you have a purpose driven life, it adds years to your life. You live longer.

We’ve all taken time just to stop and reflect many times when we hear what’s happening in the news or read the newspapers. Where is all of this leading to? What’s going on here?
And so I think that now more than ever we must begin to look at what are the things that we can do that would put us on some firm footing in life, that will enable us to do some things and use some powers that we have that many of us go through life, never ever discovering that we have those things going for us.
I don’t buy the idea that you know the society the way it is right now, it has to be this way. Someone is always going to have to work at Burger King. Someone is always going to have to, I don’t buy that. I think people are pretty f*?king flexible, if you look at the broad spectrum of humans and human behavior from different cultures all over the world. It’s a pretty obvious to me that there is a lot of different ways that people can act.

We don’t have to have fast food workers.
We don’t have to have people who work sh*t jobs.
We don’t have to.
We just need to figure out how to restructure society, so everybody somehow or another plays a part, has something to contribute, has something to share.
