How To Live A Happy Life.
If you want to create a life you love, a happy life, you need to look at the 4 areas that make up your life:
- Your Self-Image/Identity
- Your Health
- Your Relationship (with yourself and others)
- Your Money
- Self-Image/Identity
You need to find out who you are.
Find your passion and purpose. Then develop it and give it to the world.
You need an identity for yourself that explains clearly what value you add to society, what transformation you make in other people’s lives.
For me, my passion is coaching. That’s what I love doing.
That’s my purpose and that’s why I shoot these videos.
I help people find their gifts, talents and passion so they can develop it and give it to the world.
This will help them start doing work that matters and as a result they will become free, fulfilled and make an impact.
- Health
You need to look after your health – mental, physical, emotional and spiritual.
Without your health nothing else really matters.
- Relationship (with yourself and others)
Once you have sorted your health out then relationships are very important.
If you are feeling good about yourself then it’s easier to make better connections with other people and build better relationships.
When you are in pain it is very difficult to build relationships with others because you don’t feel good about yourself.
When you don’t feel good about yourself you only seek to GET from others.
Whereas when you feel good about yourself you tend to want to GIVE to others.
- Money
Now the fourth area of your life is money.
We all need money.
There are different ways to earn money.
The 2 main ways are active income (where you trade your time for money like having a job) and passive income (where you set up systems which generate income without you having to be there).
I prefer passive income like having property that I rent out and I earn an income from without having to be there.
Also I have books for sale online that provide me an income on auto pilot.
